ordered the 4pack of cookies. I don't know if Crumbl just unilaterally decided to do thin cookies or if that was what was on for yesterday. We got 2 thin cookies for the same price as a regular sized cookie. Unfortunately all of the cookies were way too soft. Not soft like just baked...but rather not baked enough. Really disappointed.
The chocolate sandwich cookie with cookie and cream filling was just slop. Really too soft and tasted like it was not cooked at all. The other cookies (pink iced, M&M chocolate chip, and birthday cake) were all undercooked.
I like soft, fresh cookies like the next person...but these were just undercooked.
Normally I can't complain about Crumbl beyond the price point... however yesterday was very disappointing.

Amazing as always. I'm obsessed with the flavor and texture of the basic sugar cooking with frosting. I love almond flavoring done well and this is done well. It's a very unique cookie texture and it works. I sometimes like mine to sit in the fridge for a bit after delivery but eating them room temp works too. Enjoy!

The Single pink sugar cookie was a sweet yet flavorful cookie. I only got one cause I can't eat all four. I would order a cookie without frosting next time cause it's too sweet for me. Came perfectly packaged and cold cookie too.

I love the 4 pack option, it ggives us the option to try new flavors of the week, and if there are no new flavors we have interest in, the traditional ones do just as good! I esp loved the Andes chocolate cookie/brownie, it was sooo goodbut extremely rich!

August flavors were the worst flavors I've ever had. Normally every cookie is so good. We took a few bites and didn't finish. Super bummed
