• 11/10/23Saw this new spot opened up by my work. The bread was so fresh and delicious and the sandwich size was great for the price. Definitely my new go to sandwich spot. Service was also friendly. 9. The Albacore Tuna Salad Sandwich and CRUST Veggie Meatball Sourdough Sandwich (Vegetarian) were both delicious.

• 6/26/25This is a great spot for sandwiches/lunch in Palo Alto. The bread is fresh and the sandwiches are balanced. I also appreciate that they dont go too heavy on the spears. They have The most amazing and delicious pickles. Location is easy for pick up - lots of parking. Theres also a lot of places to sit inside or outside if you want fresh air. Highly recommend!!

The lettuce on the pesto chicken sandwich was chopped and mixed into the pesto, diluting the flavor of pesto which was weak to start with. We have ordered this sandwich from several restaurants on DoorDash - this was the only one not worth eating.
The Reuben was so salty it was inedible.

• 9/9/23Crust is by far the best sandwich spot in the area. The Pesto Chicken Sandwich was delectable and their sourdough roll had a lovely outer crunch to it with a soft inside that complimented the pesto and spicy mustard. The chicken was fresh as were the veggies. The sandwich is huge and was enough for two servings. Highly recommended.

• 2/26/24I was working at home and realized I was starving. I had not had Crust before and saw that they had a version of French Dip! With Bacon Jam!!!! Omg. It is my favorite sandwich so I ordered one right away. It arrived super quickly and perfectly packaged. The Au Jus was warm and delightful. The sandwich was absolutely delicious - especially with the addition of bacon jam. Wow! !This is what I ordered: CRUST Sourdough Dip With Warm Au Jus I can't give this enough stars! Thank you for making my day better, Crust! I will be back!!! Yummmmm!! (The Fresh Baked Lemon Delight Cookies were yummy too!! Perfect treat after a perfect sandwich.)
