I have an unshakeable belief in pho's curative powers. Any time I feel bad I go for pho (or posole, but that's a different review). That rich, spicy (flavor spice, not hot spicy) flavorful broth soothes a myriad of ailments.
I ordered the combination pho. I don't know the Vietnamese name. It's the one with all the beef, including tendon. It is delicious. I will confess, at first I thought the broth was too salty, but once I added everything in and hit it with a squeeze of lime, it was wonderful. It may have just been today, but the jalapeños were rather hot. I like that, but others may not.
I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls. Very, very fresh. The shrimp looked plump and pink and not frozen. And they came with a sweet, salty, unctuous dipping sauce that I really liked. Normally, I don't do sauce or dressing, but I'll be making an exception here.
I'd also like to note my order arrived in about the average Door Dash time. My soup was piping hot; no need to microwave it.
The next time you're craving Vietnamese food, check out Crystal Pho. You won't be disappointed.

The Phở Gà (Chicken Pho) was delicious. I liked that all the ingredients were separated to he able to adjust it to your liking. The 6 pcs garden SP wings were seasoned and fried to perfection and were a great size. The only issue I had was not having an option to selection rice instead of fries with the wings through the DoorDash app. But I will order from Crystal Pho again soon! Lots of utensils and condiments were provided with having to add any special instructions as well.

Bought 3lbs of crawfish with the accompanying corn and potatoes for $32. I did not receive the corn or potatoes so I guess those are extra and not clear on the menu since it states "accompanying". Sure is expensivery compared to others in the area that uusually throw in at least 1 corn and 3 potatoes with the purchase. Seemed a bit light for 3 lbs. Also crawfish were overcooked but seasoned well. I do highly recommend the s&p items.

The shrimp fried rice was a bit bland for my taste and the soy sauce packets didn't help out at all lmao
The portioning was great tho. You get a lot of food and you get a decent amount of shrimp to rice ratio.

The pho was really good and fresh. It actually helped clear up my sinuses. The shrimp tacos were fresh and very delicious as well. I’ll definitely be ordering again
