seafood was fried great.  I loved the taste. enough in plate for 2 people.  I will use them again. seafood was fresh.

Always fresh and delicious. Super fresh shrimps perfectly cooked. Generous portions and succulent. The best Cole slaw I have ever eaten. Crystal River remains the diamond in the Jacksonville take out/eat in crown.

They didn't give any tartar or cocktail sauce to go with my clam strips. The coleslaw had a weird flavor, and the clam strips were rubbery. Also that was the worst clam chowder I've ever had and I've had canned before better than that.

Fried shrimp were very tiny and tough.  Scallops were all exactly the same size which usually means they aren't real scallops.  the crab legs were vey small.  very disappointing for $190!!  we usually really enjoy the food from here but doubt we will be back!!

traveling all over the US I usually stay with the restaurant chains. This time, I tried something different. This place was a huge surprise, the Side Scallops was as good as anything you could find in New England, the salmon was of the highest quality, with large portions.  Hats off to Crystal River Seafood they are an outstanding dining experience.
