We love their food. Today, with family in from out of state, we introduced them to it. They thought it was really good!!

Sadly, this new location of Cupbop did not live up to the other locations in town. I had two pick up orders this morning and the mandoo on both orders, the sauce requests (that is on the menu) were ignored and the mandoo was dry. (see picture) They also failed to include my son's ice cream, and why did I even bother to click on the Utensils and napkins request. NONE were included. Additionally, there were no other customers in the store when the orders were picked up. You would think they would check to make sure everything was there. The Kimchi fried rice was amazing and the bowls themselves were good, but when you select the option "Sloppy" that means extra sauce. Again, this store failed on many levels today.

Mandoo Plus They definitely where stickler with the sauce, barely filled the container a third full if that, and you can tell the stickers where rushed. The outside was crisp, but the inside was very mushy.
Combo Bop Bowl good portions, but the biggest fault was the meat. The beef was definitely slightly burnt and overloaded with the smokey taste, each bite of beef felt like there was smoke in my mouth.

this will be the last time we order from this store. something is always missing from our order. This time it was the Kdawg, there was no option for redelivery, just a credit for the menu price which meant we had to pay for a service & delivery fee to have it redelivered.
we ordered 2 bowls,1 with moderate spice, the other with no spice. They put FULL spice on the wrong bowl.Both bowls only had 2 pieces of the katsu chicken, and the smallest piece of cabbage. mine was so spicy it was inedible. we also didn't get one of the sides of mandoo or our side of noodles for our toddler.
the last time we did an order to pick up in store and also had very skimpy bowls, along with poor service from the lady with blue hair at the counter- scolding us for filling our drinks that weren't given to us full before leaving, saying the machine is only for dine in customers.
ever since this location opened it has been terrible. don't bother risking it

The last couple times we have ordered the food has not been super good. We ordered tonight to give a final chance then it was so delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, was super flavorful, and great quality! Definitely will be ordering again!!
