I love this store! They're consistent, quick, and friendly when I've picked up orders in person. I always get the Gluten Friendly Ugly Bop- can't beat a classic! I love the spice customization level. I usually get a 4, and every time it's almost exactly the same spice level and taste. That's hard to find! Highly recommend.

I've had good cupbop combo bowls before but this time, everything tasted like it had been sitting at the bottom of the warmer all day long. The rice was crunchy, the beef mushed together. Not at all fresh. The meat (especially the beef that you have to pay extra for) was literally smashed into two balls and that was it. Only two pieces of chicken too. And to top it all off they didn't put my two orders of mandoo in my bag! I don't know if I would order again, at least not online.

kko kko stick was good but the bop that I got was super cold, rice was all in one chunk, and there was hardly any beef and the meat that was there was really poor quality. quite disappointed because I love cupbop.

I've eaten them plenty of times, and love them. This time, the chicken was decent. Noodles no flavor even with the flavoring of the sauce and the rice was hard as if it didn't cook all the way or had be stored for 2+ days..

I asked for 32oz soda and is was filled 3/4 full, if they didn't charge extra for the bigger size it wouldn't be an issue. my rice was cold and hard.
