Ordered butter chicken with a side of naan and I was so disappointmented. I love butter chicken, and this was just not it. Possibly gave me tiki masala instead? Very spicey and not the dish I expected. Also the naan, $2 and I only received 1 cold piece. I have ordered from different Indian restaurants in the area, and normaly recieve a few warm pieces with my order. Just overall unhappy

I got the Canadian Indian Platter Executive Version with butter paneer. The paneer was very over cooked and extremely oily, and the chickpeas were spicier than I was expecting. I've lived in India before and chickpeas are usually mild. I also didn't get any chutney with my samosa. Overall in terms of Indian food... meh. I'm throwing the paneer out and I would rather have gotten a chickpea dish from Monsoon. With that said, portions are good. The naan, rice and samosa are good. But the main dishes are a disappointment and that's what we're paying for.

Shahi Paneer Paratha Meal Deal(Vegetarian) should have received a gulab jamun with the order per description. didn't get one.. just the single one with the dessert combo.. ie. there should have been 2. also only 5 paneer!! fir $15.. not worth the price. don't recommend .Chana Bhatura Special(Serves 2-3) always good. Samosa, Gulab Jamun and Besan Ladoo Combo is ok. over priced for what you get.

Food was lacking flavor and quality typically expected with this type of cuisine. Weak masala, un-brined chicken and lack of herbs and spices like coriander leaves for topping the curry. Only good thing is the quantity but that is still no good for the price. I will have to recook this myself and improve the flavour to salvage it.
