The scone and coffee was amazing. But my Egg, Fruit & Cheese Bento Box was nasty. Apples were slimy and brown, the eggs were not done all the way and the cheese was hard. All I could eat was the grapes and half of them was soft.

didn't ask if I wanted substitutions and then substituted my order and overcharged me for a cookie to make it the same, and cookie was hard as a rock.
