Very disappointed — I ordered two bibimbaps but one was missing. I called the store and spoke to a lady, requesting that they send the missing bibimbap. After following up an hour later, they still said they weren’t going to send it and ask me to get refund from DoorDash

Problem fixed, the staff tried contact us to fixed the problem. Good customer service
