This is the absolute most authentic Korean Restaurant in all of Michigan. The owners are delightful and they've gone out of their way to be sure our visits have been nothing less than perfect. Food quality is excellent and prices are reasonable considering Korean Food isn't cheap junk food. Can't wait for my next meal from DJK!

I love ordering from here! The Tteok Bokki is perfectly spicy and was a crowd favorite. We order from here for birthdays and my Mom specifically asked for Sullungtang, which was perfect. I really love this place!

I would order from this place every day if I coul. The Bulgogi was the most tender and flavorful meat I'd ever had. The Kimchi was so delicious I regret not getting a full jar and my fiancées chicken was huge, juicy and well prepared. 100% will be ordering from here again!

Taste and quality of the food is great, but when you go from a $11.99 soup to $18, that's just ridiculous. Found out from a past Korean customer, that the soup is only like $8 to make, so he gave me a recipe and I make it at home in 5 minutes. Been coming here and ordering from here for years. My family now goes to the KPOT BBQ for all you can eat for a fraction of the price. If the prices were how they use to be, they would have all of their regular customers back. Oh well. I miss when Cheong owned this place...

Royal tteokbokki was very good, perfectly chewy rice cakes, good flavour, very black pepper forward at times but complex and tasty. Sweet crunchy delicious wings with pickled radish banchan. Decent fried dumplings with a good sauce that isn't spicy. very enjoyable.
