Almost our entire order was overcooked. The chili on the Chili Cheese dog looked like they scraped the dry top layer and slapped it on the dog. The Double Cheese burger was dry and the onion rings were almost burned. On the plus side, the Chicken Strip basket was cooked properly.

Food tastes great if you actually get your order. This store constantly forgets items like burgers or entrees in my experiences. This has happened several times now in the almost two years I've been in the area. Likely won't order here again until some big changes happen with order accuracy.

This is the 2nd time we've ordered double stack burgers and only received singles, which were also cold, as were the fries. We were shorted a side salad, too. Removing Dairy Queen from our Doordash list.
