The pretzel sticks are my favorite but I dropped them before I got to eat them today :(. Everything tasted delicious as always!

I showed up a minute before my pickup time and went inside the store to wait in the mobile pickup. It took a staff member almost ten minutes to ask my name for my order. in that time, multiple parties came in and completed their transactions and food was brought out. When I was asked my name, my order was immediately available. I checked the food, the box the food was in was wet and the small handful of fries in the corner were soggy. Neither my Chicken Strip Baskets or Sauced & Tossed Parmesan Garlic had the sauce that was added in the order.
I'm on my lunch break, I ordered well ahead of time in order to be where I was to be when I needed to be there. I would have asked for new fries or to fix, however I already wasted enough of my break not eating lunch, which was ready to go the moment I walked in... or maybe, I suppose, it was never really ready at all.

In the past when I've ordered the NEW! Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat I didn't get many cheesecake chunks. This time I paid extra to add more chunks. I only had 1.5 chunks in the whole blizzard. I was charged almost $2 for "extra" and didn't even get the standard amount. I'm confused at this point.

The Crispy Chicken Strips Salad Bowl definitely wasn't worth the price for the small amout that you get. I only got what looked like half the bowl. But was still delightful.

food is good but this store ALWAYS forgets at least one of my items, doordashing or not. I try to give service workers a lot of grace, especially as I am one and I get it, but come on guys. forgetting something every single time is kinda ridiculous.
