The icy they sent me was just blue raspberry snow cone syrup and big pieces of crunch up ice everything else is good except the icy

Not made right. First off it's vanilla, not even chocolate. And they forgot my fudge center. I can't return it so I'm stuck with a wrong order. But most of the time it's good. But lately not so much

I ordered a Two Cheese Deluxe 1/3lb* Double Combo didnt received my fries or my drink. The lettuce on the burger was soo wilted and brown I threw the entire burger away. I requested utincils and didnt receive them. I also ordered a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard® Treat and asked for utensils and didnt receive them. I am in a hotel so I am not sure how I am supposed to eat it now. Very unhappy.
