There was basically microscopic brownie chunks in the Choco Brownie Extreme BLIZZARD® Treat and the OREO® Cookie BLIZZARD® Treat has cookie dough added and it's not the same cookie dough anymore. I don't mind when prices go up and quality stays the same. Paid $20+ for some soft serve ice cream and chocolate sauce. Not impressed.

WOULD BE NO STARS IF I COULD.!!!
Both BLIZZARDS ORDERED were BOTH 2/3 epmty & most of that was plain white soft serve ice cream even though I ordered & paid for EXTRA Ingredients just like the last time & that order had no Extra added & lots of plain soft serve ice cream. That order was during a busy time so I let it ride. THIS Order wasn't during busy time.
Called store to give them a chance to make my order properly if I placed another paid order NOW but I wasn't willing to pay for extra items in BLIZZARD but wanted them in it because it wasn't there yesterday.
Supervisor on duty said "We haven't been paid by Door Dash & until we get paid we won't make good on fixing Order. DoorDash is the actual customer NOT YOU. "
Then Why is my information on order receipt.??
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS RESPONSE.!!!!
ESPECIALLY when I'm offering to order an pay today but want the Extras done for free and Actually Full BLIZZARDS not 2/3 order.
They rip you off because your not physically in-front of them.
They even jammed pop lids on them instead of Proper BLIZZARD lids so I knew moment I saw them they were missing LOTS of products I paid for.
AWFUL LOCATION that doesn't care if they make & give to Driver what was PAID FOR as they just blame DoorDash for order being wrong (paper receipt shows what I paid for).
Just blame DoorDash even though they didn't make it wrong, just took order and have Driver pick it up.
Over $20 plus delivery and tip to Driver to receive approximately half of what I received, plus a Ridiculous $0.15 bag fee for 2 spoons suddenly this time, as last time they were loose on tray.
DoorDash please take note of this review and force them to make it RIGHT

onion rings were old not fresh and burnt , poutine was good, chicken fingers over cooked and very dry I've had dairy queen before today's meal was a disappointment I also had marked the poutine as a BOGO but system wanted to charge for both poutines .. I had to remove 1 poutine to get the right price didn't get the buy one get one...

the food was cold, the burger only had sauce on one side. I expected more from a 25 dollar meal. would likely be better fresh, had I gone into the store itself
