We have just recently started liking Dairy Queen again but we don't order most of the time because it keeps saying that chicken strips aren't available for pickup. Can this be fixed? My kids prefer chicken strips over hamburgers so that leaves us no option but to go with another restaurant.

Paid $10 for a large Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard® Treat and received vanilla soft serve with chocolate bits. There was no chocolate soft serve, no fudge (paid for extra), barely any brownies, no marshmallow topping (that I also paid extra for). Including a picture of what it's supposed to look like vs. what I got. I never leave bad reviews but every time my family orders from here someone doesn't receive what they paid for. When you pay this much extra for DoorDash people need to be attentive, read the order and stop constantly making careless mistakes. We also did not receive the 2 sauces we selected.

There was no Tajin in the Pineapple w/Tajin® DQ® Sparkler. It's was mostly just water.
