The Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Loaded Bacon Signature Stackburger™ came exactly as I ordered, however most impressive was it was HOT. Wasn't cold, wasn't room temp, it was hot and delicious

legit ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and the chicken came as big as my thumb. Unreal. Like you do not get a run for your money. All the chicken pieces are SMALL.
The fries aren't even fully cooked. Sickening

the burger was good, a litte too much sauce.
the wrap paper had sauce all over it but it was also good, the chicken wasn't amazing though.
the poutine is where the real problems start, i ordered a regular poutine with my burger and the bowl was huge first off, second off the fries were barely crisp and has turned to mush and gravy pretty much by the time i started eating it, the cheese felt like biting through hot rubber.
the portion size, gravy consistency, cheese curds, and to an extent the fries are way better at mcdonalds although i am torn between the gravy taste of the two, both are good.
overall good.

The chicken finger Chicken Strip Basket had maybe 15, old tasting, dried up french fries in it, I ordered the Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger™ Combo with no ketchup, mustard or pickles and it came with ketchup on it as well as again, 15 old tasting, dried up french fries. I also ordered the FlameThrower® Signature Stackburger™ Combo with onion rings. The burger was amazing but I literally recieved 7 onion rings. For a $73 order, I was very disappointed

I understand businesses need to manage costs, but quality should never be sacrificed to this degree. Paying $10 for a burnt, overcooked chicken patty is unacceptable. If it’s not good enough for you to eat, it’s not good enough to serve to customers. Very disappointing experience.
