Love DQ, but this location has a real issue with not reading the order. One of my kids is lactose intolerant and orders a plain hamburger and they send a cheeseburger every time. They even write 'only cheese' on it, like they've done something by taking the pickles off. It's frustrating.

box of fries was half full and cold. Burger had onions and was ordered without. Other burger was cold.
