Ordered extra add in of brownie pieces- one on top and no others were in it, added chocolate syrup - none added, only a blizzard the first 1/4 of the medium cup. The rest is plain ice cream. This is a CONSTANT quality issue of this store this year.

Everything I get here has been great. My main complaint is that every year I wait for the pumpkin pie blizzard to come out. Last year you never updated the website to get the new fall flavors ,and again this year so far it has not been updated. I would be very grateful if you could update it so we all could get and enjoy the new fall flavors that we all love.

They said they were out of Reese's peanuts butter cups. So I asked for a cookie dough blizzard instead they sent me a brownie one disgusting

Instead of the store contacting me or replacing my turtle blizzard, they scribbled it off the check and cancelled the blizzard completely! I had to pay the same delivery fee and tip for less stuff. Tried calling the store and they hung up on me instead of answering.
