Side Salad was NOT WORTH almost $5 inc tax. Just a little iceberg to cover the bottom and a sad cut piece of tomatoe

this is the first time we ever had a problem with this restaurant. The food was not good like it normally is the only items that were good was the soda and the onion rings. They also forgot my buffalo sauce. My toast was barely toasted it was buttery bread. My order was too expensive to receive this kind of service.

Chocolate ice cream was used as the base instead of vanilla, it's advertised as vanilla and has always been been that way. I did not request chocolate substitute at all.
