ordered 2 Med Blizzards with 2 extra add ins in each.
both of them had hardly any toppings at all. Then the bottom half was just ice cream.
These were ordered on door dash and were very expensive.
I tried to file complaint on Door Dash for partial refund. Door dash said sorry we don't handle that kind of issue.
so over $25 for 2 Blizzards that were basically a cup of soft serve ice cream.

I requested extra cookie dough in my Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough BLIZZARD® Treat and it seemed like I got a blizzard with half the normal amount of cookie dough. I am very disappointed. Especially since I paid the extra money for the extra mix-in. Also, I wish there was an option to request chocolacte ice cream for the base. Don't think I will be ordering from here again.

Ordered medium Chocolate New York Cheesecake blizzard. All added ingredients were in the top third of the blizzard instead of mixed throughout. Found in the bottom third they had started making it with vanilla base then realized it was supposed to be chocolate base so just added the chocolate on top of the vanilla base. I've been noticing a decline in the blizzard quality in the last year.
