Didn't give the bbq sauce i paid for. Both blizzards are extremely melted and have next to no toppings. Basically was given 2 cups of plain vanilla ice cream.

Didn't come with utensils, got my sizing wrong on the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat. Also the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat comes with strawberry, typically they are a decent amount but this time I got hardly any.

My order was missing items. I ordered 2 hotdogs and a blizzard , but only got the blizzard in the order. The package was sealed so there wasn't a chance to steal it. Either they forgot to package them with the blizzard or there was a second package that the dasher didn't get.

They've gotten my order wrong both times I ordered. First time my soda was missing from the hotdog combo. The second time I ordered 2 strawberry shortcake royals only 1 was royal the second was regular. The food was good but what I got was wrong.
