Literally not one chunck of brownie in this and there was no fudge filling which is part of the selling point. This store is terribly awful compared to all the rest.

First time ordering from here and to be honest, it was really good. It hit perfect. The Bacon Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger™ Combo was so good and fresh. The NEW! Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat was just an extra touch. Great overall.

The country platter is a great breakfast and I always like to ad a side of gravy for dipping the sausage and biscuit. This was the first time I tried the classic burrito and it is really good.

The food is good, but items are missing every time I order. They always forget the BBQ sauce in the Chicken Strip Baskets (but I got 1000 ketchup packets) so I ordered Country Gravy as a back up... but that wasn't delivered either (thank you, Door Dash for making it right!) Lastly, the Texas toast wasn't buttered or cut. Apparently DQ prefers for customers to eat their meal completely dry. Just disappointing service and lack of attention to detail.

The store didn't have what they advertised and, when my dasher attempted to exchange it, the clerk said rudely, "we don't have anything to exchange it for, ok?" It was a cake. They had an entire freezer. I'm not worried about my order, but I don't appreciate the way they spoke to the gentleman who was picking up my order.
