First time ordering from dq and everything was really good, the burger was delish, fries seasoned well, and the pretzels with queso were good too!

ordered a 6 pc Sauced & Tossed Parmesan Garlic with cheese curds. received a 3 pc plain with fries. very disappointing, overpaid by several $$ for what I received. somebody sucks at packing bags, order was correct on the bag.

This store has forgotten each of the last 3 times we've ordered from them. This time, they forget the fries from the Bacon Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger™ Combo and this is the 3rd time they left out the gravy from the Chicken Strip Baskets.

The Chili Cheese Dog Combo looked and tasted like it had been left under a heat lamp for hours or days. Took one bite and spit it out. Also, they forgot to add peanut butter sauce to REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup BLIZZARD® Treat .

Blizzard was the best Ihad in a while- packaging was atrocious. It was throw in a bag and sat sideways. If it had gotten here any later it wouldve leaked completely out of the cup .
