They were out of the pretzel sticks, but substituted them with cheese curds. They were hot and fresh. The icecream was delicious.

Disappointing. French Silk Pie BLIZZARD® Treat was sad. It was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks and crust pieces. No fudge, no whipped cream and not blended at all. To clarify, this is not a product issue, rather a store issue.

Chicken Strip Baskets chicken was overcooked, French fries were very undercooked. Onion rings were burned. Gravy cups wedeless than half full. Very disappointed.

Food was barely warm. And the six piece Chicken Strip Baskets were more like a four-piece, with how small the pieces were. And my gravy was one big blob. What the heck people? Usually the food is great from this DQ, but NOT this time. Thumbs down...

I got the chicken strip basket with gravy. The gravy had the consistency of water and looked like milk. I couldn't use it. The chicken was so over cooked I couldn't chew it. I was very disappointed with this order.
