Anytime I make an adjustment to a menu item, they have not made it properly. When ordered a Bacon Cheese BeltBuster® Combo and added jalitos and jalapeños, they didn't put the bacon or cheese on my burger. I have had a similar issue in the past when adding to a royal cheesecake blizzard. They only put the added ingredients instead of what the blizzard came with plus the added ingredient.

No salsa, No bread, no extra gravy as ordered, and the tacos were smashed to the point I had to eat with a fork. Also, fries were under cooked and no ketchup?!?

it hurts me to put this on here cuz I order quite often but this burger tonight was nothing but a big old ball of Grease it was so disgusting I could not even eat it just nastyBeltBuster® Combo
