The blizzard was good however they did not follow order instructions on my Peanut Buster Parfait even though I paid extra for add ons and they don't use actual hot fudge but just basic chocolate syrup.

Taste is fine but the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard® Treat normally comes with chocolate bits/pieces in it and they didn't have any this time so i was disappointed. I also added cone crunch pieces and i think they forgot that because there was none i could find. Lacking the texture i was hoping for plus i paid extra for it :/

This location is great about listening to special notes. I ordered my ice cream with extra whipped cream and got a nice note advising that whipped cream doesnt travel well. It was messy but totally worth it.

I ordered an Oreo blizzard, and it tasted really off - like the ice cream was sour or something. I had my husband taste it as well, and he said the same thing. I called the store to let them know something was wrong with the blizzard, and the girl that answered didn't care one bit. She got defensive with me and said the temps of the ice cream were fine and that they've had no other complaints, and that I should ask for a refund from Doordash. I explained again that I just wanted to give them a heads up so they could double check their product, and she told me they didn't need to check. I don't know what was wrong with that blizzard, but 10 minutes later, I've still got that bad taste in my mouth. Gross!
