Their chicken salad is great, I always get honey mustard dressing with it. For some reason their burgers are always good, but their fries can definitely be hit or miss. As long as the B Team isn't on shift when you order, you'll always get your order exactly right.

Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat with extra cheesecake had 2 pieces of cheesecake, pretty crappy when you pay for extra. Not impressed, not sure if the worker didn't look closely at the order or if they are trying to cut cost, but either way not great.

The food is actually good, fries are crispy with a soft center, and the meat was cooked just right. The problem comes when making adjustments. The burger I ordered had pickles, and I chose add pickles for extra, and my food came with absolutely no pickles whatsoever. Shame.

We order two cokes. I only got one small coat. I ordered a chili cheese dog meal and I got a small hotdog with nothing on it. I ordered chicken finger basket and I got two chicken fingers that were burnt. The gravy was all like a it had like lumps all in it and the bread that it came with whipped cream and a stale and had no butter on it. It was horrible.

Ordered a fruity pebbles shake and was not made aware that they were out of stock. Instead of asking for a different sub they just took it completely off. They also didn't make me aware of the out of stock item until after my order was delivered. Now I have to turn around and order a different item and pay the delivery fee for it again.
