Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD and Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger™ are the best products for me until now. Even being an ice cream store, their burgers are better than other fast food places.

Ordered the New Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat and when received it was not mixed up at all and had no strawberry or cheesecake pieces. It was totally un-eatable about halfway through as the unmixed Graham cracker bit was like eating 80 grit sandpaper

the fries tasted like actual cardboard. the cheese curds had several pieces of fried nothing with no cheese on those that did have cheese were just actually disgusting. and they got the topping on the chicken strip sandwich wrong.

If your customers are paying over 20 dollars for 2 blizzards and they request extra candy why not add the extra candy? Why are my icee creams just vanilla when there should be 2 candies in it l. Really dissatisfied
