I'm not sure if they have new staff or management because they used to be rlly good but I've received food made in grease that is very obviously old, undermixed blizzards with no add ins, a s'mores blizzard made with the wrong chocolate, and a Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat with only 2 cheesecake pieces. Very disappointing because they used to have some of the best service on Fairview!

The fish sandwich was delicious, I just wish that it was a double fish fillet. The chicken strips were very tender and hot, just the way that I like them. The strawberry cheesecake blizzard was a cool and refreshing surprise,I loved it. My expectation was truly satisfied and I would really like to thank you for the positive experience.

Chicken Strip Baskets w/Drink was good, but the fries were cold, that was expected. NEW! Sauced & Tossed Sweet Chili w/Drink were extremely delicious with that chili taste and sweet heat feel and theRoyal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat was the perfect desert. The only thing that was wrong was the Dr.Pepper, it was flat but good cold so I really can't complain, so I appreciate the effort in making the meal spectacular. Thank you 👍👌👏
