The packaging has gotten very sloppy lately. Loose caps and overfilled cups have resulted in a few spilled orders of late. The heavy duty handled bags have been a great add. Please consider cup holders for orders as well thank you.

Don't order extra items/substitutions if you want to order here. They will just give you the menu item and disregard your substitutions. Happened 3x now.

This was not a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard. The candy in it tasted more like Butterfingers.
Pretty disappointing.
