ordered here 3 times in the last week lol each time everything have been perfect. of course a little melted i mean it's soft serve... but i have zero complaints when all the customizations are followed and nothing tastes stale.

The cupcake had obviously been premade and in the freezer for who knows how long. The soft serve was rock hard and there was zero fudge in it. Would not order again unless I was there and saw them make it to order

In my small NEW! Royal REESE'S® Fluffernutter BLIZZARD® Treat There was like a drop of marshmallow in there and barely any Reese cups. Pretty much plain vanilla ice cream. Nothing royal or fluffernutter about it

Fruit smoothie was primarily ice and had very little strawberry flavor. The taste was bland and I would not order this again.
