one burger & fries was missing from order. but what I received was great . had no problem getting refund on missing items.

Blizzard was very gritty, like it was full of brownie crumbs.

My wife and daughter love The blizzards and ice cream sandwiches. However I have become bitter due to lack of ingredients. Why advertise new blizzards if you don’t have the items to make them? 3 orders in a row I have been denied a new blizzard flavor. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered our ice cream treats and then 45 minutes later I received a call from Dairy Queen that they could not make my blizzard but could make the other two desserts. I was told they were too busy to make me something else at this time. Done with Dairy Queen for a while. Getting a new blizzard flavor is like waiting for the McDonald’s ice cream machine to work. It’s never gonna happen.
