The gentleman @ DQ called and asked me what I wanted to substitute for the moolatte. Explained their mechanical belt was broken and he went out of his way to suggest alternatives and even put a very nice note in with my order thanking me. Sweet guy ‼️‼️😊

I ordered a Reese peanut butter cup blizzard with an add on of cheesecake pieces. however there was zero cheesecake pieces. (I had to pay for the add on, kinda disappointed to pay for something I didn't even get)
also got an email saying they were out of mint oreo blizzard and the changed it to a chocolate covered strawberry blizzard. it would have been nice to have been asked what I'd rather substitute it for. some people are actually allergic to strawberries.

I only got 3 pieces in my 4 piece chicken strip basket :(Chicken Strip Basket (4 Pieces) I would not order again.

ordered the Cheese Deluxe 1/2lb* Triple Combo and M&M’S® Milk Chocolate Candies Blizzard® Treat for delivery. The soda was not delivered, and instead of the vanilla base the M&M’S® Milk Chocolate Candies Blizzard® Treat had a mixed vanilla-chocolate base that didn't properly look or taste like either. The Chicken Strip Basket (6 Pieces), and two Cheese Deluxe 1/3lb* Doubles were fine.
