The burgers were hard, like burnt to crisp through and through, buns were hard too. Blizzard was great like always, but the last time I got the burgers they were amazing so not sure why the drop off in quality.

I ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket with large onion rings. The basket had about 6-7 rings. I also requested gravy and honey mustard. There was no gravy! I also requested and paid for extra Texas Toast. There was no extra toast. I intended to share this basket with another person. So, they did not get the gravy they like, their own toast.
The rest of my order: large fries, large cheese curds, bacon cheeseburger, and blizzards were correct on the order.

I ordered the premium shake and I swear it wasn't made with ice cream! It was so bad it tasted like blended up ice and milk with a few chocolate pieces thrown in. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in a food item before. Threw it away along with over $11 of my money. Training needed I guess.
