Best onion rings around no question. Chicken strips are good but the ranch is trash.

They were super accommodating; let me call in and modify my order. Great people for sure. I'd definitely order again everything was made with care it tasted awesome. Portion size was perfect and the bananas were fresh

The triple chocolate brownie hardly had any soft serve. The brownie was a solid tough disc (hard to break up and chew, it didn't even look, taste or feel like a brownie) when the brownie is usually in small chunks.

Signature Sprinkle Cupcakes - there was no cupcake to it. I received 2 cups of plain vanilla ice cream that was overpriced. Everything else was great!!

This was the poorest excuse for a burger i have ever seen. First, the forgot all the toppings I selected, such as the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, and instead poured about a gallon of ketchup on it so that when it arrived, it looked like a ketchup explosion. Goodbye, "toasted bun", hello gross soggy mess.
The 2 stars are only because the BUTTERFINGER® BLIZZARD® Treat was delicious, as always. But they may as well just give up on making food at this point. This is my third attempt at ordering dinner from them and it's been worse, each time.
I have never left a negative review for any business EVER, before today. But unless there are major fundamental changes at this location moving forward, they should be avoided at all costs. Whether it's a store owner or manager (not sure the structure for DQ), please hear me when I say you are badly failing.
I live 5 minutes away from this DQ and love your Blizzard treats. I have every incentive to order from you yet i wont ever do that to myself again. Just look at that picture. Thats after just 5 minutes! There was ketchup all over the outside of the wrapper too! Ok rant over.
