For some unknown reason, whenever I order a Fish Sandwich through doordash, they never get the order. So when I show up to pick up my order, they have to make my Fish Sandwich. I don't understand how the rest of the order goes through, but not the Fish Sandwich. Doordash needs to fix this little hiccup. Other than that my food is always delicious.

The chips were all stuck together with nothing in between them. Everything is just plopped in the middle and one big soggy blob. The chips seemed stale. Would never order again. In the picture I spread everything out as best I could.

Pt Neches DQ Mgr Forgot my drinks and gravy with order and got drink order wrong after door dasher went all the way back to get drinks and bring back to me. Dasher was above and beyond. I'll stick with Groves DQ

My cup of gravy tasted like it was burnt. Had a very disgusting smokey taste, quite frankly ruined my meal as i dip every fry and chicken strip in the gravy. That batch needs to be thrown out immediately.
