I love Dairy Queen. My favorites would definitely be they're caramel moolate and mango shake. But my all time favorite, something I order every time I go, is the Oreo cookies blizzard with extra Oreo. I will recommend these delicious treats to anyone and everyone. But, the one deterrent I've had to deal with more times than I'd like to admit comes from the DQ on lake and summit. Two days ago I had put in an order, and didn't receive it till the next day! And when it did finally show up, all four of my mango shakes were ruined. I spend a lot of money at that Dairy Queen... Multiple times a week, and it seems like that problem is going to be a recurring issue I have with them. Honestly, if I didn't enjoy their items so much, they would not receive any more business from me or my family. Please do something about their employee's lack in customer service. I don't want that to keep me from ever going back.

they held those fries too long, they should have had a fresh batch down at this point. the temperature of the fries and the texture of the fries as if I went and got my food about 30 minutes ago and left a setting in my bag for that time before I ate them. my Dasher came straight from the store I live 1.1 miles away from the store. from past experience fries are the one thing you never have to worry about but this time it was opposite. fresh chicken strips and old fries.

the Chicken Strip Baskets where the smallest u have ever seen . like a 4 piece chicken nuggets. but the price is ridiculous. if going to raise don't give nothing in it

The hamburger buns were hard and rubbery. The fries were cold, soggy, and stale tasting. This wasn't like their usual food. It seems like they were food items that were left over or forgotten.

fries were warm fresh. My drink was nicely covered. All in all a good meal and great timing
