Buster bars were mushy, the peanuts were soft and the stick won't stay in. Unsure if they were just made or what happened

I ordered 2 NEW! Dill Pickle but only got 1, it was really good but not enough for my order. (yes other dips but wanted 2 specifically for the FlameThrower® Chicken Strip Baskets )
