When I took the lid off, it seriously looked like someone ate a bunch of it. Not that I think someone did. It was just seriously not full for $12. Second time this happened

I love the Misty Freeze but noticed you cannot order it at all the locations. Additionally, I did request it be a Misty Float rather than Freeze, meaning it's not blended. They did not accommodate that which was slightly disappointing. I still enjoyed the Freeze and would order it again, I just would like to see more ordering options or specifications available.

The driver had to remind them to add whip cream and the strawberry was very weak. The shake was almost white this time

Blizzards were overpriced and were like soup. Random bananna flavors in cookie dough is not appetizing.

Cotton candy is my all time favorite blizzard. Maybe 30% of the time (from various locations) it comes more vanilla ice cream than anything. Today I had put "extra candy pieces please" and they went above and beyond. It was the best version ive had. Its the little things that make the expierence that much better. Especially when they could have easily just ignored the comment. Thanks for making a very difficult day a little better!
