Usually when I order they do great. The last two times they have put tomato on my salad when I asked for no tomato and forgot the ranch for my salad. This time they also left crust on top of my queso. Means the queso was room temp or cold then heated back up but they didn't even bother to stir it. Always tastes great, just not impressed with the quality these last couple times.

We did not get any gravy, as they were out for the night I guess, and I paid for extra gravy and didn't get any sauce at all, and got hardly any fires in either meal. & my blizzard was also melted by the time it arrived.
