I ordered a 6 piece steak finger basket for my husband and they sent 4. The gravy that was supposed to go with it was cold and watery.

I've order the chicken strips a few times and every time they have arrived hot and are packaged excellently. Great job DQ keep up the great work!!

I ordered pick up because I needed to grab my food quickly before work. I was not informed that the patty melt was out of stock until I arrived to the store, when the order said complete. I should've been reached out to or the store should've put the patty melt as out of stock before I arrived. At the same time, the cashier was too wrapped up in a personal conversation to help me out. Someone from the kitchen was going back and forth trying to help me.

Did not get my Dude combo. Instead received a hamburger patty on a bun, dry, no vegetables. Patty was way over cooked, could hardly swallow it. Didn't get my fries either.
