I got the smallest order of Jalitos® I've ever seen. The giant cup shown in the picture that I'm paying 5 dollars is not what I got. Kids menu fries cup is what I got.

We ordered an 8 piece chicken strip and 6 piece got 6!and 4 overcooked very dry and we ordered extra gravy which we didn't get. The strawberry shake was vanilla.

They said they were out of ONE of the items I asked for in my blizzard . I told her they could sub that one item in the blizzard. They only gave me the substitution in the blizzard and not the other two items. Bad communication and really disappointing.
