I usually give Dairy Queen 5 stars but I was disappointed tonight. I felt like a change so ordered a Rotisserie Basket. The Dasher came straight here and it was already cold. I have ordered multiple times from the same location and have received piping hot fries. These fries were luke warm and slightly soggy. Chicken was delicious but luke warm, and I had two slices of wet soggy bread stuffed into the same carton as the chicken. No Texas toast in sight plus I didn't receive my dipping sauce. Not a fan of the rotisserie basket. However, I am a fan of the New! SNICKERS® Brownie BLIZZARD® Treat! This great new addition bumped my review up to 3 stars.

Food was mediocre, BARELY any BBQ sauce on the burger and they put these non existent onion rings on my burger when the picture clearly shows a large onion ring.. .

The pretzels arrives stiff and covers in a white film reminiscent to mold, Ive Ordered this item before and have never had this happen to me.

Burgers were very messy and would be helpful to be able to customize my order. For example.. only ketchup.
