Phenomenal! I am hard to please when it comes to food and I was blown away from the customer service I received when I called the restaurant to the quality and taste of the food ( and it was only a chicken sandwich) haha

wasn’t expecting this to hit as hard as it did. The burger showed up looking like something straight off a menu—soft, buttery bun with a perfectly cooked patty, loaded with crispy onions and melty cheese that actually tasted as good as it looked. You can tell they didn’t skimp on quality here. Fries were solid too—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not overly greasy. The dipping sauces were a nice touch and paired well without overpowering anything. Everything traveled really well through DoorDash, which is honestly half the battle. Nothing was soggy, nothing was thrown together—it felt like they actually cared about how it arrived. If you’re debating it, just order it. This is one of those meals you end up thinking about later.

The French fries were under cooked and very soggy and a little raw. Not the same fries they used to have. The cheese curds were also different. Burger, pizza and Reuben were good. But they forgot the extra sauce on the side for the Reuben. Overall we usually love Daly's and we will order again.

Not what was ordered, and quality is dropping. Too bad because they used to have the best Calzone in the Madison area. Dough was under and cheese not melted...
