Toasted Turkey & Cheese that I get all the time was burnt. I had to completely remove the top half of the roll on the entire sandwich in order to eat it. I'm very disappointed. This is the first time I've had this issue. The person that was making the sandwich should be ashamed of themselves for making the sandwich after seeing the condition of the roll. Completely unacceptable!!
