Steak sandwiches are always amazing but the price hike is insane. These sandwiches used to be $9 now they're almost 18?? Bread was burnt which I've never had happen before in years of coming here and having this be my first ever job. 1 bag of the chips had a cut hole in the bottom i'm assuming from unpackaging them in a box, it was cut and left a hole, which the chips were stale because of it. I don't know how no one noticed.

The woman with the colors in her should not be serving people or needs more training. She just stared at me when I told her I was there to pick up my Lobster sandwich. I had to repeat it. She pointed to the sandwich. She never said another word . What happened to customer service. Hello, thank uou. Have a great day.
Bread was stale. Very little lobster meat and no flavor whatsoever. I will never go back.

The lettuce did not seem fresh and had an off flavor and texture, as if it had partially frozen at some point. Took the sandwich apart to avoid it. Plus they've become kind of expensive.
