Both were well packed and double wrapped. Arrived at perfect temperature as one was hot and one was cold as it was supposed to be. Best lobster roll I have ever had in New England and I have tried many.

Great food, instructions followed. Could use more gravy than the teeny cup with the Thanksgiving Toasted. Would pay extra for it! Only suggestion would be to get a gluten free roll like Jersey Mike's has. Your steak and cheese is so much better - if only we could get it on bread. Lobster Bisque is like a warm hug for my belly :)

Always fresh and amazing. My favorite place to get a #9 style sandwich. This store never skimps on the fixings. And if youve never had their lobster bisque, trust me, it's REALLY good and also a favorite! Enjoy!

we usually love this place and never have an issue with the food. however this time we were not so happy. the burger patties on the cheeseburger sub were so hard. you can tell they threw them on the grill and waited way to long to turn them. we ordered the bowl of broccoli Broccoli Cheddar soup the container was not even half full.

I ordered a medium Lobster roll (aka extra meat) for $34 (the other sides brought it to about $48) and there was less than a small serving of meat in there, and I order this often enough to know the difference. It was mostly bread, mayo, and lettuce. The two stars are for my sides, as they were fine. I ordered this as a treat to myself after volunteering in the sun on my feet for 6 hours serving other people food, that I couldn't get any of because everything shut down by the time I was done. I bought this to get rid of a hungry headache. $34 for a lobster roll that barely had any lobster in it. A lot of money to pay for disappointment in this economy.
