ordered a delivery of a Daniel's Dozen pack, I chose, 3 x fresh cream and jam - 3 x cookies and cream - 3 x chocolate mousse - 3 X white chocolate and raspberry mousse. all donuts arrived well presented and we're all devoured pretty quickly. absolutely delicious

Some items not available in the choc hazelnut 6 pack looks like sent some Easter special donuts instead. Fair enough and happy with that and well done for using your brain unlike the Cranbourne store who continually send you absolutely nothing if one thing is out of stock. Which is disappointing.
Biscoff milkshake or Latte is one of the best drinks ever!! Thanks

they we're out of 2 donuts I ordered, so a very lovely employee called me to let me know and ask what replacements I would like. when my order was delivered they had placed 2 extra donuts in for free. such a wonderful thing to do, thank you very much, my kids were thrilled 😁 5 stars 🌟

I enjoy Daniel's Donuts however one of the donuts I ordered was out of stock and I was told the store tried calling me although I never received a message or missed call and was instead provided with a different donut, not the one I ordered. I wouldn't have minded if in fact they did call me to let me know not just note they did on my receipt.
