Best Indian food in CT BY FAR! Amazing lunch special, have also ordered several other dishes for dinner that were excellent (shrimp tandoori, chicken korma, etc). Highly recommend!

Fantastic local place! It's my go-to anytime I want takeout! The best lamb special in my opinion (I've tried them all) is the Boti Kabab Masala
I also always get the Darbar Sabzi Platter For Two as an appetizer. You also can't go wrong with their biryani.
They have a lot of fusion dishes, but it doesn't mean their classics aren't good (imo)
I also get the Chilli Cheese Garlic Naan which is a must.
Every time I order food here, I try to add a new appetizer. Their chaat is really good, refreshing, and crunchy. Just tried the Paneer Pakora and they were pretty good!

Darbar Panner Tikka Masala Pizza is my favorite! I decided to try the cauliflower crust, but unfortunately it is much smaller than the regular crust. The description did not state this. Its a 12" personal pizza, not worth $25!! Very disappointing during my visit back to New Haven.

Love this place! Our go-to indian food go-to take out restaurant in general
We always get the Darbar Sabzi Platter For Two and Chilli Cheese Garlic Naan. I have tried all the lamb dishes and personally like the Boti Kabab Masala the most but my partner's Chicken Maharaja was really good too (more tomato-y base, delicious)

Very disappointed. Usually food from here is good. The garlic was raw on the Cheesy Garlic Naan FlatBread. It was supposed to come with a sauce but none was provided. The Coconut Soup was bland and flavorless. The portion size on the Cheesy Garlic Naan FlatBread was small. I would not order this again. No.
