The Tonkotsu Noodle was pretty good. The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly. The Yuzu Cheesecake is really small but with the big portion of the ramen it was enough to fill me. If you have a bit appetite get more than the cheesecake. This is my second time eating here and they didn't disappoint.

Dashi Noodle House always has exceptional cuisine. I love getting their vegetarian sushi options and miso. The miso is rich and has a nice umami flavor. Today was my first time trying the Ginger Scallis Noodles (No Broth), and the sliced cucumber in it was so good.

I love the Vegetarian Noodle! I love how they put the soup separate so I could drink the soup and eat the noodles! Broth is very good!!!

I got the smashed cucumbers Sichuan style, shrimp shumai, and tonkotsu noodles. Nothing was good. The ramen looks nothing like the picture in the menu. It was a bunch of noodles and one half of an egg with an unrecognizable piece of gristly meat in a strangely sweet broth. I won't be back here.
